Accessibility
Ways to use the JTK Motors website, alternative ways to enquire, and how to report an accessibility problem.
Updated 6 September 2026
Using the site
Our aim is to make stock, workshop information and enquiries usable on phones, larger screens and with keyboard navigation. The site uses labelled form fields, visible focus styles, headings and text alternatives for meaningful images. Expandable sections can be opened with a keyboard, and the guided enquiry identifies the current step.
You can zoom the page using your browser. The layout adapts to narrower screens, and motion is reduced where your device requests reduced motion. There is no requirement to accept analytics to use an enquiry form.
Vehicle details and form verification
If a registration lookup is unavailable, you can enter the vehicle's details manually. Your contact information and the details you provide can be reviewed before sending a guided enquiry.
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile for security. If verification, a date input, an image gallery or another control prevents you from completing a task, call or email a branch. Staff can discuss the same enquiry directly. You do not need to complete the website form first.
Documents and external services
Enquiry confirmations are provided in the email body as well as any attached PDF. If you need information from a document in a different format, ask the team. Linked services, including Google Maps and official test-booking websites, have their own accessibility features.
Report an accessibility problem
Email [email protected] with the page address, what you were trying to do and what stopped you. If convenient, include your browser and the assistive technology involved. We will use this to investigate and help you complete the task.
This statement describes the site's approach and available alternatives. It is not a claim of independently certified WCAG conformance. Accessibility work continues as content and features are added.
