Choose a car to enquire aboutKeep the car and the numbers together.
Start with the vehicle you are considering. The enquiry workspace keeps its details with your preferred cash deposit, term and any trade-in, so you do not need to explain the same car in a separate message.
What to discuss before applying.
A monthly payment is one part of the picture. Ask about the amount being financed, the APR, any fees, the length of the agreement and the total amount payable. Check whether there is a larger final payment and when ownership transfers.
A cash deposit and the agreed value of a trade-in can affect the amount you need to finance. If finance remains on your current car, tell the team before treating its full value as a deposit; the settlement position needs to be established.
The preferences you enter here are a starting point for a conversation. They are not a lender quote or an approval, and the terms available depend on the application and vehicle.

You can choose to discuss finance without committing to a preferred deposit or term. If you are paying without finance, the vehicle enquiry also gives you that option. A trade-in is optional in either case.
Once you send your enquiry, the selected branch can contact you about the car and the next steps. Use the initial form for your contact details and questions; the team will explain any application process separately.
Please keep bank account details, PPS numbers, income documents and copies of identification out of this enquiry.
A few useful answers.
Can I ask about finance before choosing a car?
Yes. Use the general enquiry below to explain what you are looking for. Choosing a listed car lets the team discuss a specific vehicle and keeps the price and enquiry together.
Do I need a trade-in to enquire about finance?
No. The vehicle enquiry asks whether you have a trade-in. Choose no and continue with your contact details and any finance preferences.
Will the online planner give me a finance quote?
The planner records the deposit and term you would like to discuss. It does not calculate an approved repayment or offer a finance agreement. Ask the team for the applicable quote and terms.
Does sending the form mean I have applied for credit?
This form sends an enquiry to JTK. It does not collect a full credit application or make a lending decision. The team can explain what is needed if you decide to proceed.
