Website terms
How vehicle listings, workshop requests, trade-ins, sale enquiries and finance enquiries work on the JTK Motors website.
Updated 6 September 2026
Using this website
This website lets you browse JTK Motors stock and services and contact our Dungarvan or Lismore team. These terms explain the online enquiry process. The terms agreed for a vehicle sale, workshop job or finance agreement are provided separately. Nothing here takes away your statutory consumer rights.
Vehicle details, prices and availability
Listings show the advertised vehicle details, photographs and price supplied to the website. Specifications may come from the advert, staff records or vehicle data. Please ask about any feature that is essential to your decision, including equipment, service history, NCT status, warranty cover or suitability for your intended use.
Stock updates periodically and a car can become unavailable between updates. Confirm that it is available and which branch holds it before travelling. If you spot an incorrect detail or price, contact us so it can be checked. The team will confirm the vehicle, price and agreed terms before a sale.
Viewing and reservation requests
Arranging a viewing or requesting a reservation through the form sends an enquiry. It does not immediately hold a car, take a payment or create a purchase contract. JTK will contact you to confirm availability and explain any next steps. If a deposit or reservation arrangement is proposed, ask for the amount and the applicable cancellation or refund terms before paying.
Workshop appointments and quotes
The date and time you enter are preferences rather than live appointment slots. The branch must confirm the booking and the scope of the work. A repair may need inspection or diagnostics before it can be priced. Ask what any initial investigation includes and what it costs before authorising it.
Contact the branch as soon as possible if you need to change an appointment. The website does not set a cancellation fee or promise a particular completion time. If the vehicle may be unsafe to drive, call the team before travelling to the workshop.
Trade-ins and selling your car
You can include a trade-in when enquiring about stock, or use Sell your car to discuss an outright sale without buying another car. Enter accurate details and confirm that the vehicle belongs to you. Tell the team about outstanding finance, known faults and any relevant history before an offer is agreed.
Registration lookup supplies identifying vehicle information. It does not confirm ownership or produce a purchase offer. Manually entered details will need checking. Any offer depends on the assessment and terms agreed with JTK; submitting the form does not require either party to proceed.
Finance enquiries
The finance fields record the deposit, term and questions you want to discuss. They do not submit a complete credit application, calculate an approved repayment or promise acceptance. Any credit application, eligibility checks, lender decision and contractual terms are separate from the website enquiry. Do not include financial documents or identity documents in the initial form.
Before deciding, review the total amount payable, APR, fees, repayments, any final payment and when you become the owner. Independent information is available from the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
Vehicle guidance
Our service pages and guides explain common questions. They cannot diagnose an individual car remotely or replace its manufacturer's instructions, an inspection or the official NCT/CVRT requirements. Use the source links for current test arrangements and tell the workshop about your specific vehicle.
Acceptable use and website content
Use the forms for relevant enquiries and vehicle details you are entitled to provide. Do not submit spam, malicious files or misleading ownership information, attempt to access another person's records, or automate repeated registration lookups. We limit requests to protect the service.
JTK and its content suppliers retain their rights in website text, branding and photographs. You may view and share links for normal personal use. Contact us about commercial reuse. External websites are responsible for their own content and terms.
If something goes wrong
If a form does not confirm receipt, contact the branch before repeatedly sending it. For a concern about a vehicle, repair or how an enquiry was handled, email [email protected] with the relevant details and what you would like the team to resolve. Avoid sending sensitive financial information.
Contact us
