Explore this serviceNot sure which service to choose?
If your car is due scheduled maintenance, start with car and van servicing. If a warning light or running problem needs investigation, describe the symptoms in a workshop enquiry. You can select “Not sure” instead of choosing a repair before the cause is known.
For NCT or CVRT follow-up work, mention the test and the items on the report. Our preparation service is separate from the official test booking. For tyre enquiries, include the size printed on the tyre if you have it to hand, along with your vehicle registration.
Ask the team about the scope of the work, the parts involved and the appointment before making arrangements to leave the car. Some faults need assessment before a useful price or completion time can be given.
A few useful answers.
Can I book without knowing what is wrong?
Yes. Describe what you can hear, see or feel, when it happens, and any warning messages. Choose “Not sure” on the workshop form and the team can discuss how to investigate it.
How much will the work cost?
The cost depends on the vehicle and the work needed. Your registration, mileage and a description of the issue help the team discuss scope and pricing. A fault may need diagnosis before the repair can be quoted.
Is my appointment confirmed when I send the form?
No. The form records your preferred branch and any day or time you have in mind. The team will contact you to agree the appointment and the work.
Where can I ask about remapping?
JTK Remapping has a separate website with its specialist services and contact details. Discuss your vehicle and requirements with that team.
